As a Studio Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for our guests while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who is enthusiastic, creative, and ready to take on management responsibilities in a hands-on environment.

This position is full-time, including weekends. Our store hours are Tuesday - Sunday.

Staff responsibilities include:

Supervise and support studio staff, ensuring smooth operations.
Provide exceptional customer service, guiding guests through the pottery painting process.
Oversee inventory management and studio supplies.
Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Schedule and lead weekend events (birthday parties, etc.)
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a fun and creative atmosphere for customers and staff alike.
